1.扇鸡洗干净,切块,放盐,白糖腌制一会。

2.起油锅,放姜片。

3.下鸡肉,翻炒。

4.炒至鸡肉有点熟,干。

5.加入啤酒。

6.大概半瓶。喜欢重啤酒味,可以放一瓶。

7.焖大概20分钟,汁也差不多收干,这是加入用生抽,生粉,盐,白糖,水开的汁。

8.汁差不多收工就可以了。
